  • Not at all. Our one to one sessions are perfect for beginners because you’ll be guided through the basics step by step. We’ll focus on safe technique, posture, alignment and breathwork, so you feel confident from your very first session.

  • Yes. With spring-based resistance and controlled movement, Reformer Pilates is widely used for rehabilitation. In one to one sessions, exercises are tailored specifically to your needs.

  • Yes. Whilst it’s not recommended to start a new form of exercise during pregnancy, pilates can be a great way to continue to move your body throughout pregnancy. Our sessions are customised to your stage, focusing on safe movement, breath and core connection to support your body through these changes. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning.

  • Whilst we don’t offer a creche service, if you have a baby who is not yet on the move, you’re welcome to bring them along to your session. We have a safe space set up in the studio with a small selection of age appropriate toys, where your little one can practise their tummy time, while you practise prioritising you!

  • Comfortable activewear and grip socks. If you forget your socks, don’t worry, we sell them at the studio!

  • For best results, 2-3 a week is recommended. However, even one consistent session each week can improve strength, mobility and posture.
